Yes. In fact, starting from scratch is sometimes easier than fixing a broken foundation. Our Website Design & Development service is built specifically for businesses establishing their first real online presence.
You’ll be most involved at the start (discovery and feedback on the design direction) and at the end (reviewing before launch). In between, we handle the build. We keep communication clear throughout so you always know where things stand, without it taking over your schedule.
Mobile-first is non-negotiable for us, every site is designed for mobile screens before desktop. Given how most Nairobi customers browse, a site that doesn’t perform on mobile isn’t performing at all.
Yes. SEO foundations (keyword research, metadata, technical setup, Google Analytics and Search Console) are included in every package, not treated as an upsell. If you want deeper ongoing SEO work beyond the foundations, that’s available as a separate service.
Every project includes post-launch support (7 days for Starter, 14 for Growth, 30 for Premium) to handle any adjustments needed after going live. Beyond that, our Website Care & Maintenance plans keep your site updated, secure and performing, available once your site is live.
Yes. While our primary focus is Nairobi and East Africa, we work with clients remotely and the process translates well, discovery calls happen over video or WhatsApp, and everything is managed digitally. Geography hasn’t been a barrier.
